About The Bearing Grade


The bearing grade is divided into four grades: PO-P6-P5-P4-P2. The PO grade is the national standard and the most common standard in the bearing industry, so it is also called the ordinary grade. The majority of domestic manufacturers also They all produce PO grade products, and P2 grade is the highest precision grade! Specific technical parameters are also standard. The accuracy of rolling bearings is divided into (mainly) dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy. The accuracy grades have been standardized and are divided into six grades: 0, 6X, 6, 5, 4, and 2.

The accuracy is increased sequentially from level 0, which is sufficient for general purpose level 0, but when used in the conditions or occasions shown in Table 1, accuracy of level 5 or higher is required.

Although the above accuracy grades are based on ISO standards, their names differ in national standards.

Dimensional accuracy (items related to shaft and housing installation)
